I love this dental office. Everyone is always so nice and Dr. Ghim does a superb job of explaining exactly what he's going to be doing and is really gentle. I've never been nervous coming here. Even when getting root canals. I know I'm in great hands. 👍 Is Dora still there? I miss her. She was my jam.

Definitely the best dental office I’ve been in!!…everyone is so nice and professional!…everyone remembers your name, and make you feel like they’re just as invested in your dental journey as you are!!…the DDS is the man!!…he’s gave me so much more confidence in my smile!!…I would absolutely recommend this office! I have been a patient at Black Mountain Dental for approximately 10 months now. I visited 2 other dentists before selecting Black Mountain. I found out that neither was in-network with MetLife, even though they alluded that they were. The front office is very friendly and helpful . So far, I've had two check-ups and cleanings with Cherry (dental hygienist) and a replacement crown by Dr. Ghim. Cherry is great! Friendly, efficient, and provides valuable suggestions. For example, she suggested a change in the way I floss my rear molars, which greatly reduced plaque buildup on those teeth. I am also very pleased with my crown. Dr. Ghim was very efficient and verified that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I was surprised to find out that the office had a 3D printer/device to create the crown onsite. Instead of having to wait a week for my crown, the whole process was done in appropriately 45 minutes after the initial drilling was done. My out-of-pocket expenses were approximately 30% of the Dentists that were out-of-network.

Whenever someone thinks of going to the dentist, it’s a negative feeling. We are very fortunate to have this great dental clinic, which we have been going to for a number of years now. Every one of their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Makes going to the dentist, a great experience. We would definitely recommend them. Dr. Ghim isn’t a pushy dentist. He know his craft and Cherry is a true pro dental hygienist. The staff are always polite and friendly. It is me who isn’t but they still like me. God bless them.

Everytime I come into the office, I feel at home, and every is super personable toward me. Doc is a trooper... he will not let you leave with imperfection, unless it is impossible, then he comes up with options! Their equipment is always state of the art!!! Technology is important to me!!!!

I will never go anywhere else .Black Mountain Dental has transformed my smile .Dr Ghim is a class act . The staff is amazing and professional . I would not let anyone clean my teeth but Cherry she simply is amazing . In all my years I never made a review about a Dental office but Black Mountain Dental has changed that .

At 27, I finally found a dentist I can actually rely on! The whole team at Black Mountain Dental is awesome — super friendly, professional, and they really make you feel comfortable. The office is clean, modern, and has all the latest equipment, which makes every visit quick and easy. They always take the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable the whole way through. Honestly the best dental experience I’ve had!

I had an incredible experience at this dental office! From the moment I made my initial phone call to inquire about an appointment, I was met with prompt and friendly service. Jolean, the receptionist, was at the front desk when I arrived for my dental care. Dr. Ghim came in right away and took the time to explain the dental procedures I would need. He was attentive, personable, thorough, and incredibly kind. The assistants were fantastic and worked seamlessly together, making the entire appointment a breeze. Sherry, the dental hygienist, ensured that I felt comfortable during my teeth cleaning and provided me with great tips on how to take care of my teeth. I left feeling like my teeth were expertly cleaned and that everything was explained in detail. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a great dental experience.
